LATE CHECK OUT t & EARLY CHECK IN

CHECK OUT : 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM CURAÇAO time 

Please note that the handover of the villa takes at least 20 minutes, so please be ready for check out at 10:30. AM. At 11:00 AM the cleaning company arrives and the villa must be unoccupied and fully available.

Check out can only be made in the presence of the main tenant, who made the reservation and paid a refundable security deposit. The main guests must sign the protocol when check out. 

CHECK OUT PROCEDURE : Electricity & Water meters pictures & states Calculation of utilities & Refunds or additional payments Damage report & First quick villa check (15 min) Detailed villa check is done within 24 hours after check out and in case damage is occured the guests are contacted immediately. The security deposit will be returned to the main guest regarding VRBO or AIRBNB conditions or DIRECTLY within the last 15 days after detailed villa check out, unless it is being held as compensation for damages. (Payment fees are not refundable.)

 LATE CHECK OUT & EARLY CHECK IN 

 Late check out or early check in can be requested latest 48 hours  prior guests departure/ arrival  as there is a connection to the agreed terms of cleaning and maintenance companies, which may need to be rescheduled.  Late check-out can be arranged with the property manager only if it allows the arrival of the following guests and can be arranged no later than 20:00. A charge of 200.00 USD till 2PM and $ 400.00 USD till 6pm will be applied, payable cash or C.C.on site.
